• Collect, label, and prepare cocoa samples for testing
• Assist in conducting laboratory tests including moisture, FFA, fat content, shell, and nib analyses
• Clean, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment
• Record laboratory results accurately and support quality documentation
• Maintain laboratory supplies and ensure compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP)
• Work closely with the laboratory team to meet testing schedules and quality standards

• OND or equivalent in Science Laboratory Technology, Chemistry, or a related field
• 0–1 year of laboratory experience (Industrial Training/Internship is acceptable)
• Basic understanding of laboratory procedures and safety practices
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or other basic data entry tools
• Experience in cocoa or food product testing is an added advantage
