• Collect, label, and prepare cocoa samples for laboratory testing.
• Assist in conducting routine analyses, including moisture content, FFA, fat content, shell, and nib analysis.
• Clean, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment and supplies.
• Record test results accurately and support the preparation of laboratory reports and quality documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), safety standards, and laboratory housekeeping.
• Collaborate with Chemical Analysts and Quality Executives to meet testing schedules.
• Participate in training, continuous improvement initiatives, and other duties assigned by the Quality Manager or Laboratory Supervisor.

• Minimum of OND in Science Laboratory Technology, Chemistry, or a related field.
• 0-1 years of laboratory experience (internship or industrial training is acceptable).
• Basic knowledge of laboratory procedures and safety practices.
• Good organizational, communication, and record-keeping skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or other basic data entry tools.
• Experience with cocoa or food product testing is an added advantage.
