*Role Summary:*
Lead market adoption and revenue growth of pharma retail software for wholesalers and retailers in Abuja. Collaborate with CTO and Founder to drive commercial success.
*Reports to:* Founder / CEO
Key Responsibilities
- Drive go-to-market strategy and customer acquisition
- Lead sales, marketing, and stakeholder engagement
- Align product development with market needs
- Manage operations, KPIs, and team performance
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- 7+ years in B2B sales, operations, or commercial leadership in health-tech/pharma
- Experience in Nigerian pharma distribution/retail
