* Industry Knowledge: Experience in mobility, tech-logistics, or high-growth startups is strongly preferred.
* Local Context: Deep understanding of the Port Harcourt market, regulatory landscape (including union dynamics), and transportation dynamics.

Note:
Compensation includes a competitive market-based base salary, a performance bonus (20–40% of base) tied to P&L/Reliability, and Long-term Incentives (Equity/Profit-share) subject to tenure and performance.
