We are seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to join a growing construction team focused on innovative, sustainable, and cost-effective building solutions.

 The role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in structural engineering, project management, and modern construction techniques, particularly modular and container-based systems.
 

You will be responsible for overseeing structural designs, supervising site activities, and ensuring all projects meet required engineering standards and Nigerian building regulations.

* Design, plan, and oversee construction projects involving modular and container-based structures.
* Conduct structural analysis to ensure safety, stability, and engineering integrity.
* Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and engineering reports.
* Collaborate with architects, designers, and project managers to optimize construction solutions.
* Supervise construction sites to ensure quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to approved plans.
* Evaluate and select appropriate construction materials and methods.
* Ensure compliance with Nigerian building codes, environmental regulations, and industry standards.
* Manage project timelines, budgets, contractors, and site performance.
* Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies.

* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
* 3–5 years of experience in civil or structural engineering, preferably within modular or container-based construction.
* Proficiency in design and structural software such as AutoCAD, SAP2000, ETABS, Revit, or similar tools.
* Strong understanding of construction materials, load calculations, and foundation design.
* Good knowledge of Nigerian building regulations and safety standards.
* Experience in project management and site supervision.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
* Professional certification or COREN registration is an added advantage.
