Our client (Luxpay) is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Client Acquisition Specialist to join their commercial team. The primary objective of this role is to proactively identify, target, and onboard new clients, both corporate and private individuals for the bank's comprehensive suite of financial products and services. The ideal candidate will be a motivated "hunter" with a proven track record in sales and business development within the financial services industry.

1. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to generate new business for the bank.
2. Identify and prospect potential corporate clients (SMEs, Large Corporations) and High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs).
3. Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
4. Conduct needs analysis and present tailored financial solutions (e.g., lending products, treasury services, investment options, cash management).
5. Represent the bank at networking events, industry conferences, and business forums.
6. Achieve and exceed agreed-upon sales targets and KPIs.

1. Proven experience in lead generation/client acquisition/sales agent especially in a financial institution (compulsory)
2. Access to PC/laptop and stable power & internet connection.
