The Client Branch & Campus Support Officer will provide first and second-level IT support, troubleshoot workstations, laptops, printers, LANs, and communication devices, ensure SLA compliance, support SCCM server uptime, escalate unresolved issues, and participate in IT infrastructure projects.

• Provide first and second-level IT support to branches and users.

• B.Sc in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• Must have completed NYSC.
• Maximum age of 27 years.
• 1–3 years' experience in IT support or related role.
• Strong troubleshooting and technical analysis skills.
• Knowledge of IT systems, LANs, desktops, SCCM, and IT operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-service oriented with strong problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
