Radicel Diagnostics & Laboratory is a healthcare company in Lagos seeking a professional, customer-focused, and results-driven Client Service Personnel to join its team.

• Attend to clients/patients professionally and courteously.
• Manage calls, WhatsApp, social media enquiries and appointments.
• Provide accurate information on services, pricing and procedures.
• Handle and follow up on client complaints and enquiries.
• Convert enquiries into bookings, patronage and repeat business.
• Support upselling, cross-selling, referrals and client retention.
• Maintain accurate client records and prepare required reports.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure excellent service delivery.
• Escalate unresolved client and operational issues appropriately.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
• Professional, courteous and empathetic.
• Proactive, organised and solution-oriented.
• Good knowledge of WhatsApp and digital communication platforms.
• Sales/commercial awareness and ability to convert enquiries.
• Experience in customer service, healthcare, sales or related roles is an advantage.
