Job Description

You will own the full client experience — from kickoff to completion — ensuring every engagement runs smoothly and every client gets results. Acting as the connective tissue between coaches, clients, and leadership, you will transform the 37-step client journey into a consistently excellent, predictable experience. This role is central to accountability, performance reporting, and client outcomes. As an employee of Offshore Launch, you are being hired for a unique role within a target client's company. The agency provides ongoing support through Slack workspace membership, bi-weekly all-team meetings, and monthly reviews.

  • Job Location: Remote (must work US daytime hours)
  • Salary: Up to $1,800 per month depending on experience + annual bonus up to 150% of one month's salary (contingent on quarterly performance scores) + 13th month pay + performance-based bonuses
  • Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Keep clients on track: maintain a simple green/yellow/red status for every account and send weekly updates to clients, coaches, and the CEO covering wins, next steps, and blockers
  • Coordinate coaching operations: work with coaches to manage travel, meeting scheduling, and client assignments
  • Monitor performance weekly: track key client and coach metrics, interpret the data, and surface actionable insights
  • Own session quality: ensure expectations are crystal clear before and after every coaching session, and follow up firmly but warmly to make sure commitments are met
  • Drive continuous improvement: identify and implement at least one meaningful enhancement to the client experience each month

Required Skills

  • 3–5+ years in client success, project management, or operations (professional services or coaching background is a strong plus)
  • Proven track record managing multiple client accounts simultaneously, with outcomes to show for it
  • Exceptional written communication — clear, professional, and warm
  • Meticulous organizational skills — you manage timelines, deliverables, and details
  • Comfortable in ClickUp, a CRM, or similar project management tools
  • A true self-starter who takes ownership, stays calm under pressure, and adapts without needing to be redirected
  • Must be available to work US daytime hours
  • Prior experience working US business hours is required
