We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Client Support Officer to join our team. As a Client Support Officer, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service, support, and solutions to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty. You will work closely with our production team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of large format prints.

- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients via phone, WhatsApp and in-person.
‎- Manage client orders, quotes, and artwork files.
‎- Coordinate with production team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of prints.
‎- Resolve client complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
‎- Build strong relationships with clients to increase loyalty and retention.
‎- Answer technical questions and provide product information to clients.
