Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Work Mode: Monday-Friday (8am-6pm), Saturday (9am-4pm)
Industry: Eyecare facility

Key Responsibilities

Daily

  • Ensure that the clinic space is kept organised and clean at all times
  • Attend to clients as a first point of contact, and ensure that their needs are adequately and promptly met
  • Respond to patient inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively
  • Registration of new clients in the clinic's management software
  • Processing of all client purchases (consultation, tests, and products) in the clinic's management software
  • Liaising with HMOs to ensure that HMO clients are adequately serviced
  • Work with the Logistics Officer to ensure that clients' frames/lenses are fixed and delivered promptly to designated locations (clinic or clients' requested location as agreed)
  • Follow up on Social Media comments and inquiries promptly, in order to convince online leads to patronize the brand
  • Come up with proactive problem-solving ideas to address and solve patient concerns

Weekly

  • Monitoring stock levels at the clinic and alerting the clinic manager to re-order when quantities fall below the minimum re-stock levels
  • Putting together sales reports

Occasional

  • Sorting and labelling inventory (frames, cases, drugs, & accessories), and scanning/inputting into the clinic's management software whenever new purchases are made
  • Follow up with locum optometrists/covers to ensure that they turn up for customer appointments
  • Where required, assist the Optometrist to input patient case reports into the clinic's management software
