The Cold Room Consultant will serve as the Company's independent technical expert responsible for ensuring that all cold rooms are properly designed, constructed, commissioned, and maintained to consistently operate within their specified temperature ranges.

Currently, our operations span across 40 locations in Lagos, Ibadan, Ilorin, Abeokuta and Abuja, Nigeria, with rapid expansion plans to penetrate more locations in the short to medium term.

• Provide technical oversight over all cold room projects.
• Ensure the Company engages competent contractors, uses quality materials, and adopts best engineering practices.
• Minimize construction and maintenance costs.
• Maximize equipment lifespan and eliminate recurring cold room failures.

• Bachelor's Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Mechanical Engineering, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• Professional certification in Refrigeration, HVAC, or Project Management is an added advantage.
• Demonstrated experience in commercial refrigeration, cold room engineering, or industrial refrigeration.
• Experience managing contractors and supervising cold room construction projects.
• Experience in a similar Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) space is highly desired.
• Proven track record of improving cold room reliability, reducing maintenance costs, and delivering durable engineering solutions.
