• Coordinate professional valuations and assess adequacy of security coverage against loan amounts.
• Perfect legal charges, liens, and registrations with relevant government agencies promptly.
• Maintain comprehensive digital and physical records of all collateral documents and titles.
• Monitor collateral values regularly and flag depreciation or impairment risks immediately.
• Ensure safe custody of original title deeds, logbooks, and insurance policies.
• Liaise with lawyers, surveyors, and valuation firms to expedite perfection processes.
• Prepare collateral reports for credit committee reviews and audit purposes.
• Enforce insurance coverage requirements on all secured assets continuously.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Law, Estate Management, Business Administration, or related field (Mandatory).
