• Contact clients via phone, email, and SMS regarding overdue payments.
• Negotiate repayment plans, settlements, and restructuring arrangements.
• Review loan agreements, payment histories, and account records to determine collection strategy.
• Maintain accurate records of communications and account statuses.
• Provide guidance and support to clients on repayment options.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates can apply.
• Completed NYSC.
• Experience in Debt Collection, Customer Service, or Financial Services preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet recovery targets.
