CashX is a fast-growing FinTech company in Lagos seeking a confident, persuasive, and target-driven Collection Specialist to join its dynamic team.

• Contact customers via calls, SMS, WhatsApp, and email regarding due and overdue payments.
• Follow up consistently with customers to secure payment commitments and recover outstanding debts.
• Engage customers professionally and negotiate suitable repayment plans.
• Review loan information, payment history, and account records to determine appropriate collection strategies.
• Negotiate settlements, restructuring options, and repayment arrangements within approved guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, payment commitments, payments, and account status.
• Address customer concerns professionally and provide appropriate repayment solutions.
• Meet and consistently achieve assigned collection and recovery targets.
• Identify and escalate unresolved, delinquent, or high-risk accounts appropriately.

• BA/BSc/HND in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or any related field.
• 0–2 years’ experience in debt collection, customer service, FinTech, banking, microfinance, or financial services is an advantage.
• Must have completed NYSC.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and professional telephone manner.
• Ability to handle challenging customer conversations calmly and professionally.
• Highly target-driven, resilient, and results-oriented.
• Good computer literacy and ability to work with digital systems.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment.
