Wildfire Business Solutions Ltd is a growing company in Ilupeju, Lagos, seeking a talented communication strategist to join its team.

• Develop and execute a communication strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives
• Create high-quality content for various channels, including website, social media, email marketing, and internal communications
• Manage all aspects of HR communication, including employee onboarding, announcements, and policy updates
• Act as a central point of contact for internal and external inquiries
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date on the latest communication trends and best practices

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 0 to 2 years of experience in a communication or content creation role
• Strong writing and editing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Proficiency in social media marketing and content management systems (CMS) is a plus
• Experience with HR communication practices is preferred
