The Communications Associate will lead Arc-Lights Foundation's communication, media, and digital engagement efforts, supporting the Foundation's work in education and technology-driven programs.

• Location: Lagos, Nigeria (Hybrid)
• Job Type: On-site / Hybrid

• Develop and implement communication strategies that promote the Foundation's mission and programs.
• Manage internal and external communications, ensuring consistent messaging and brand alignment.
• Oversee social media platforms, website, and digital campaigns to drive visibility and engagement.
• Create compelling content including stories, press releases, newsletters, and multimedia materials.
• Build and manage media relationships and support public relations activities.
• Support the use of technology tools, including LMS and other digital platforms, for program delivery.
• Monitor digital performance and prepare basic reports.
• Collaborate with program teams to align communication efforts with organizational goals.
