The Community & Campus Manager (CCM) will serve as the frontline representative of To Go Mobility Systems, assigned to one campus bus stop, transport hub, or terminal to build and grow the To Go ecosystem.

To Go Mobility Systems Limited is a transportation platform focused on building the future of mobility in Nigeria. The company is launching its ecosystem at the University of Lagos (UNILAG) and surrounding communities, aiming to position itself as the preferred transportation platform for students, staff, visitors, and residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with existing drivers and recruit new drivers.
  • Onboard passengers, primarily UNILAG students.
  • Map and update transportation routes.
  • Gather market insights from customers and drivers.
  • Develop strategic partnerships.
  • Drive the growth and performance of assigned terminal.
  • Increase passenger adoption.
  • Expand the driver network.
  • Strengthen community engagement across assigned routes and terminals.
  • Position To Go as the preferred transportation platform for students, staff, visitors, and surrounding communities.

Required Skills

  • Open to school leavers and Diploma graduates (JUPEB, IJMB, or candidates awaiting admission into higher institutions).
  • SIWES interns (6–12 months).
  • NYSC Corps Members (Graduate Trainee Programme).
  • Smart, composed, proactive, and an excellent communicator.
  • Willingness to learn and grow into a high-performing operations and community leader.
  • Comprehensive training will be provided to all selected candidates.
