The Community & Estate Advisor will engage estates, communities, CDAs, and resident associations to identify community needs and introduce OGNISE's services. The role involves field visits, presentations, and community engagement activities to generate leads and support onboarding.

• Job Location: Kajola, Ajah, Lagos State
• Employment Type: Full-Time, On-Site
• Salary: ₦150,000 monthly

OGNISE is a community management and service solutions company focused on helping estates and communities access services such as waste management, environmental sanitation, security coordination, infrastructure maintenance, emergency response, and resident engagement.

• Engage estates, communities, CDAs, and resident associations.
• Build relationships with estate managers and community leaders.
• Identify community needs and introduce OGNISE's services.
• Conduct field visits, presentations, and community engagement activities.
• Generate leads and support the onboarding of estates and communities.
• Follow up with prospects, gather feedback, and maintain activity reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support effective service delivery.

• OND, HND, or B.Sc in a relevant field.
• Smart and motivated OND holders are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in sales, customer relations, business development, or community engagement is an advantage.
• Proximity to the location is important.
