About the Company

Lawsikho & Skill Arbitrage are organizations focused on providing career guidance, training, and upskilling opportunities to learners. The company is committed to building engaged communities and helping learners achieve their career goals through high-quality content and mentorship.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead live webinars, teach learners, and upsell higher-ticket courses.
  • Understand learners' goals and problems, and give them clear guidance.
  • Manage learner communities—real participation, real interaction, real engagement.
  • Build the kind of trust and authority that gets learners to act on your advice.
  • Own outcomes—engagement, attendance, sales—not just "sessions delivered."

Required Skills

  • Any graduate/postgraduate degree—as long as you learn new products fast.
  • Legal background is a plus, not a requirement.
  • Experience leading webinars, workshops, events, or large communities is a major plus.
  • A YouTube/Instagram channel with strong engagement is even better.
  • Ex-news anchors, trainers, teachers, counsellors, salespeople, creators, and public speakers are strongly encouraged to apply.
  • Naturally charismatic—people listen when you speak.
  • Can read a room and shift gears when energy drops.
  • Genuinely enjoys understanding people and guiding them.
  • Knows when someone needs information, confidence, or a push.
  • Simplifies complex things without dumbing them down.
  • Persuasive and commercially sharp—never sleazy.
  • Takes ownership and doesn't wait for instructions.
  • Knows that talking for 90 minutes ≠ leading a good webinar.

Why Join:

  • Fully remote work.
  • Growth tied to performance, not age or seniority.
  • Real autonomy to experiment with webinars, communities, and learner journeys.
  • Work alongside AI tools and automation.
  • Strong performance = strong incentives.
