The Community Manager will build, engage, and maintain online and offline communities around Tech-Launch Consulting's products, services, and brand.

• Salary: ₦150,000 – ₦200,000 (Based on experience)

• Managing social media channels, moderating conversations, and responding to questions and feedback.
• Creating community-focused content such as posts, newsletters, and event updates.
• Organizing and supporting community events.
• Gathering insights from community interactions and collaborating with marketing and product teams.
• Tracking community metrics, reporting on engagement trends, and recommending strategies.

• Strong community engagement skills, including social media management, online moderation, and relationship building.
• Content creation abilities, including writing clear posts and developing basic visual or multimedia content.
• Experience with digital marketing tools and practices, including analytics, email campaigns, and audience segmentation.
• Organizational skills for planning and supporting events and coordinating community activities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort using collaboration and project management tools.
• Prior experience in community management, customer success, marketing, or a related field is beneficial.
• Knowledge of technology or digital products is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field is an advantage.
