Key Responsibilities

  • Apply for new permits and licenses on relevant regulatory portals.
  • Monitor the permits and licenses dashboard to ensure compliance.
  • Process renewal of expired permits and licenses.
  • Follow up with regulatory authorities on submitted applications.
  • Conduct counterparty review and onboarding processes.
  • Maintain proper documentation and record keeping of compliance activities.
  • Monitor regulatory websites and portals for updates.
  • Prepare and submit daily activity reports.
  • Perform other compliance-related tasks as assigned.

Required Skills

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor's Degree (B.Sc) in Social Sciences or a related discipline.

Experience:

  • 2–4 years' experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, or a similar role, preferably within the oil & gas or regulated industry.

Key Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple regulatory processes simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
