This is a one-year Graduate Takeoff Program for students and recent graduates worldwide. • Provide support on yearly audits and reports for the organization’s compliance
• Proactively search for regulations and rules while making sure that the organization is up to date with them
• Assist with creating workflow that will meet compliance documentation standards in a timely manner
• Liaise with learning and development on trainings that should be regularly delivered for compliance purposes
• Work with HR to update policies in a timely manner

• 6+ months experience in a similar position
• Responsible, with a sense of urgency and initiative
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Resilient to learn continuously in a startup environment
• Exceptional communicator, both written and verbal
• Must speak English fluently
• Must have a personal notebook (Mac or Windows)
• Must have a mobile device (iOS or Android)
• Own a personal computer and have a stable internet connection
