• Diagnose and repair faulty desktop computers and laptops.
• Carry out software installations, updates, system configurations, and basic maintenance.
• Advise customers on suitable computers, upgrades, accessories, and gadgets based on their needs and budget.
• Perform other technical and store-related activities as required.

• OND, NCE, HND, or relevant qualification in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is an advantage.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in computer repairs, servicing, or a similar technical role.
• Good understanding of computer hardware and software.
• Ability to understand and explain computer specifications.
• Good communication and customer-service skills.
• Basic knowledge of networking, printers, peripherals, and accessories is an added advantage.
• Ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical customers.
