Paw & Paws is a company in Lekki, Lagos, seeking a creative, tech-savvy, and results-driven Content Creator & Digital Marketing Specialist to grow its digital presence.

• Plan and create engaging content for our social media platforms.
• Record and produce videos featuring our brand, products and model.
• Shoot and edit short-form videos for Instagram, TikTok and other platforms.
• Develop creative ideas that increase engagement, reach and brand awareness.
• Manage our Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X (Twitter) and other social platforms.
• Grow our audience and improve engagement across platforms.
• Stay on top of social media trends and create content around relevant trends.
• Build a consistent content calendar and posting strategy.
• Set up, manage and optimise Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ads.
• Understand TikTok advertising and paid campaigns.
• Track campaign performance and provide reports.
• Continuously test and improve campaigns to generate measurable results.
• Upload new products to our app.
• Update product information, prices and images.
• Remove or update products that are out of stock.
• Keep the app and online product catalogue accurate and up to date.

• Proven experience creating and editing social media content.
• Confident using Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and X.
• Understands paid advertising and audience growth.
• Can shoot and edit high-quality short-form videos.
• Creative, proactive and comfortable working independently.
• Understands social media analytics and can use data to improve performance.
• Comfortable working with apps and online platforms.
• Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools or similar software.
• Can show examples of previous work/results.
