• Create engaging photo, video, graphic, and written content for social media.
• Produce property tour videos, reels, and promotional content.
• Capture photos and videos of properties, project sites, and company events.
• Write compelling captions, scripts, and marketing copy.
• Plan and schedule content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams on campaigns and property promotions.
• Film and edit short-form videos with subtitles, branding, and transitions.
• Track content performance and prepare basic monthly reports.
• Stay updated on social media trends and recommend fresh content ideas.

• HND or Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Media, English, or any related field.
• Experience in content creation or social media management is an advantage.
• NYSC Corps Members with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
• Strong portfolio of previous work is highly desirable.
• Photography and videography skills.
• Video editing (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
• Graphic design using Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.
• Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.
• Good understanding of major social media platforms and content trends.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Creative, innovative, organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
