WorkVerse is building an AI-powered virtual work experience platform that helps students gain practical career experience before entering the workforce.

• Create engaging TikTok, Reels & YouTube Shorts.
• Manage and grow our social media presence.
• Film and edit high-quality short-form videos.
• Create graphics, carousels and marketing content.
• Tell great stories through videos and written content.
• Interview students, employers and university leaders.
• Create content from campuses, events and WorkVerse activations.
• Understand trends and turn them into relevant content.
• Track performance and learn what drives views, engagement and sign-ups.

• 2–4 years of experience.
• Experience with CapCut, Canva, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and AI content tools is a big plus.
• Comfortable in front of the camera AND behind it.
• Strong storytelling and content creation skills.
• Understand what young Nigerians actually want to watch online.
