A reputable real estate company in Ajah is seeking a creative and passionate Content Creator to showcase properties through engaging visual storytelling. This role offers an excellent opportunity for NYSC Corps Members or early-career creatives to build a portfolio in property marketing while working on-site with close proximity to the Lekki-Ajah axis.

• Create high-quality photo and video content optimized for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
• Develop innovative content ideas that effectively promote company properties and brand identity
• Shoot and edit engaging short-form videos including Reels, TikToks, and property tours
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to plan and execute integrated content campaigns
• Stay updated on viral social media trends and adapt them for real estate marketing contexts
• Capture professional property photography highlighting key features and amenities
• Manage content calendars and ensure consistent posting schedules across channels
• Monitor engagement metrics and adjust creative strategies based on performance data

• Proven experience in content creation and social media management with a visible portfolio
• Proficiency in video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar software
• Strong storytelling abilities and creative vision for visual marketing
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with sales and marketing teams
• Must currently reside within or very close to Ajah for easy daily commute
• Experience in the real estate industry is an added advantage but not mandatory
• NYSC Corps Members are strongly encouraged to apply for this position
