The Content Creator & Social Media Manager will own the full creative process, setting strategy, writing copy, and showing up on camera to drive brand awareness and conversion across social, web, and marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

  • Set content direction across social, web, and marketing with a detailed monthly calendar and a quarterly overview.
  • Map content to business goals at every stage, from awareness to conversion.
  • Stay sharp on trends, platform shifts, and what competitors are doing.

Creation & Production

  • Write on-brand copy for social, newsletters, blogs, and campaigns.
  • Show up on camera confidently for brand content, tutorials, and thought leadership.
  • Brief the media team on video concepts and creative direction — they handle production, you set the vision.
  • Make sure everything that goes out, written or visual, is platform-right and on-brand.

Performance & Community

  • Track performance across channels and report on what's working.
  • Use data to make smarter calls on formats, timing, and content mix.

Required Skills

  • Proven content creation experience — portfolio over credentials.
  • Track record planning content across monthly and quarterly timelines.
  • Excellent copywriter with a strong command of tone, voice, and audience.
  • Confident on camera: natural, engaging, and brand-aligned.
  • Solid understanding of social platforms and what makes content perform.
  • Comfortable reading analytics and using them to make decisions.
  • Familiar with AI tools for content ideation and workflow.
  • Hands-on experience with the Nigerian market (Non-negotiable).
  • Bonus Points: Background in lifestyle, events, or consumer brands; basic design skills in Canva.
