• Manage the company's social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Threads, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Develop and implement a content strategy aligned with the company's goals and audience preferences.
• Create engaging, informative, and visually appealing content (including photos, videos, graphics, and written posts) for social media and Realtor WhatsApp groups.
• Work with the design team to produce high-quality visual assets for online content.
• Develop promotional campaigns, client success stories, and market insights content.
• Research industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs to inform content ideas.
• Create compelling copy for social media captions and other written content.

• 2-3 years proven experience in content creation and social media management.
• Strong understanding of social media management and digital marketing strategies.
• Ability to create engaging content for campaigns, promotions, and brand awareness.
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize content for engagement and lead generation.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
