I am expanding my creative team , and we’re looking for a Content Creator & Video Editor to join our creative ecosystem.

ROLE OVERVIEW
This role is for a hands-on creative who can take content from shoot to final delivery.
You’ll:
Attend at least 2 physical shoots per month
Edit 5–8 videos weekly
Create content designed to perform on Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn & YouTube Shorts

• RESPONSIBILITIES
  Videography:
  Film high-quality content during scheduled shoots
  Capture clean visuals, steady shots, and strong compositions
  Execute creative direction for brand and personal content
   
• Video Editing:
  Edit short-form & long-form videos for social platforms
  Add captions, b-roll, transitions, music, and brand elements
  Optimize videos for engagement (strong hooks, pacing, clarity)
  Deliver consistently and meet deadlines
   

• Proven experience in content creation & video editing
• Strong understanding of social media content formats
• Proficiency with editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.)
• Must own an iPhone 11 Pro Max or higher
• Eye for aesthetics, storytelling, and detail
• Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
• Lagos-based or able to attend physical shoots
