We’re looking for a creative, strategic, and AI-savvy Content & Growth Creator to own Custify’s content ecosystem. This role blends content creation, social media growth, campaign ideation, and user engagement, with a strong focus on leveraging AI to work smarter and faster.

You’ll be responsible for shaping how Custify sounds, looks, and connects with users across our website and social platforms — while actively contributing business and growth ideas.

Website Content & SEO

• Create high-quality website content including landing pages, blog posts, product pages, FAQs, and case studies
• Optimize content for SEO, clarity, and conversion
• Maintain a consistent brand voice across all written materials

Social Media & Campaigns

• Plan, create, and manage social media content across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, etc.)
• Design and execute brand awareness and lead-generation campaigns
• Monitor trends and adapt content strategy accordingly

AI-Driven Content & Engagement

• Leverage AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, image/video generators, analytics tools) to ideate, create, and optimize content
• Experiment with AI for user engagement, feedback collection, and personalization
• Interface with users and communities using AI-powered insights

Growth & Business Ideation

• Bring fresh ideas for campaigns, partnerships, and growth opportunities
• Collaborate with founders and product teams on messaging and positioning
• Analyze content performance and continuously improve strategy

• Proven experience as a content creator, content marketer, or social media manager
• Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt tone and style
• Experience using AI tools for content creation or marketing
• Understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and social media growth
• Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset
• Experience in SaaS, startups, or tech platforms
• Basic design or video editing skills
• Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, social insights)
• Community management experience
