The Content & Growth Strategist will take ownership of content, audience growth, and social media performance, turning attention into enquiries, bookings, and paying clients.

• Salary: ₦150,000–₦250,000/month, depending on experience and demonstrated ability

Vintage by Naomie operates a luxury spa and wellness brand in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos, delivering premium treatments and client experiences. The brand maintains a strong visual identity across Instagram and related platforms. Its work environment is client-facing and results-driven, with a strong emphasis on premium brand direction, audience growth, and conversion.

• Develop and execute creative content strategies for Instagram, Reels, Stories and other relevant platforms.
• Create and coordinate compelling photo/video content around treatments, wellness, client experiences, lifestyle, behind-the-scenes and promotions.
• Develop growth and audience strategies to attract the right target clientele and increase meaningful engagement.
• Research trends, competitors and audience behaviour to identify opportunities for growth.
• Develop creative campaigns, promotions and content concepts designed to generate enquiries, bookings and sales.
• Monitor social media performance, respond to DMs and analytics, identify what is working and not working, and continuously improve strategy.
• Maintain strong brand direction and consistency, ensuring all content reflects a premium luxury spa experience.

• Demonstrable experience growing an Instagram or social media presence for a business or brand.
• Excellent in content strategy and creation, growth/audience strategy and social media performance.
• Able to understand a target audience and create content that attracts, engages and converts.
• Strong communicator with excellent attention to detail.
• Proactive, organised, analytical and able to work independently.
• Comfortable working in a luxury, client-facing environment.
• Experience in luxury, beauty, wellness, hospitality, lifestyle or premium consumer brands is an advantage.
