• Present and host short-form video content for Instagram and other social platforms.
• Interview members of the public confidently and respectfully.
• Create entertaining, engaging, and authentic on-camera conversations.
• Participate in content planning with the Growth Content Strategist.
• Work closely with the videographer and editor during filming.
• Travel to filming locations across Abuja.
• Learn scripts when required and improvise naturally.
• Represent the brand professionally at all times.
• Contribute fresh content ideas based on trends and audience feedback.

• Naturally confident on camera.
• Warm, engaging, and likeable personality.
• Thinks quickly under pressure.
• Comfortable approaching and speaking to strangers.
• Excellent spoken English.
• Expressive, energetic, and engaging.
• Can improvise naturally.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional.
• Welcomes feedback and enjoys improving.
• Preferred Experience: Experience presenting content on Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube; experience interviewing people; experience creating viral or highly engaging content; public speaking, hosting, or presenting experience is an advantage; acting, radio, or television experience is beneficial but not required.
• Bonus Points: Have grown a social media audience; have experience conducting public interviews; understand what captures and keeps viewers' attention; can film multiple videos in a day.
