The Content Producer will turn ideas into compelling stories, create engaging video content, and manage content performance across digital platforms.

SBD Global Media operates in the media and content production sector, creating video and multimedia content for digital platforms. The company produces content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook. Its work environment is creative and production-driven, with a strong emphasis on storytelling, platform performance, and end-to-end content ownership.

• Develop creative content ideas, concepts, scripts and storyboards.
• Produce and edit engaging video and multimedia content.
• Create content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook and other relevant platforms.
• Plan and manage content calendars and production schedules.
• Write compelling captions, hooks, headlines and calls-to-action.
• Research trends and identify new content opportunities.
• Coordinate filming, interviews, photography and other production activities.
• Monitor content performance and use analytics to improve future content.
• Ensure all content aligns with SBD Global Media's brand and quality standards.
• Collaborate with the Creative Director, Production and other teams to deliver high-quality content.

• Bachelor's degree or HND in Mass Communication, Journalism, Film/Media Production, Marketing, Communications, Creative Arts or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in content production, digital media, advertising, media production, journalism or a similar role.
• Strong storytelling, writing and communication skills.
• Proficiency in video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or similar.
• Working knowledge of Canva or other graphic design tools.
• Understanding of social media platforms, trends and content formats.
• Basic understanding of content analytics and performance metrics.
• Strong creativity, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Experience with cameras, lighting, audio and other production equipment is an advantage.
• Knowledge of AI-powered content creation tools is an added advantage.
• A strong portfolio/showreel is required.
