The Control Room Operator is responsible for the continuous monitoring, coordination, and control of all production processes and equipment from the control room. The role ensures that operations run smoothly, efficiently, and in full compliance with established quality, safety, and environmental standards. This position serves as the communication hub between field operators, maintenance, and production management, ensuring real-time decision-making and effective plant performance.

• HND / B.Sc. in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering or related technical discipline
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or oil & gas plant environment (preferably in blending, terminal, or tank farm operations)
• Familiarity with process automation systems (DCS, PLC, SCADA) and instrumentation control principles
• Sound understanding of process flow diagrams, equipment operation, and product quality parameters
• Strong appreciation for HSE practices and emergency procedures

• Strong technical, analytical, and troubleshooting abilities
• High attention to detail and situational awareness
• Good communication and teamwork skills across multidisciplinary teams
• Proficiency in control systems, data logging, and process monitoring tools
