The Cook and Assistant Cook will prepare and cook local and continental meals, ensure consistency in taste and presentation, maintain kitchen hygiene, and support daily kitchen operations.

• Work Schedule: Monday – Sunday (rotational morning & night shifts, 1 day off weekly)

• HMO: After 1 year of service
• 13th Month Salary: After 1 year of service

Salary Package:

• Cook: ₦100,000 – ₦160,000 (based on experience, performance, and food tasting during interview)
• Assistant Cook: ₦70,000 – ₦90,000 (based on experience and performance during interview)

• Prepare and cook local and continental meals.
• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen work area.
• Assist in planning and executing daily kitchen operations.
• Follow standard recipes and instructions.

• Minimum of 2 years cooking experience (Local & Continental dishes).
• Ability to prepare and present meals professionally.
• Good understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety.
• Male or Female (Single preferred).
• Basic communication in English.
