- A Bachelor's/Master's degree in life science / English
- Excellent written and spoken English skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat
- Familiarity with AMA Manual of Style and client-specific style guides
- Ability to work under tight timelines and in a collaborative team environment
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to guide and mentor team members
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality, error-free documents
- Experience in client-facing roles or participating in client calls is a plus
- Experience in developing training materials and conducting training sessions is a plus
