Key Responsibilities

  • Create engaging content for social media platforms, website, newsletters, and other channels.
  • Assist in drafting press releases, announcements, reports, speeches, and corporate materials.
  • Support planning and execution of corporate events, campaigns, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Monitor social media platforms and respond to inquiries professionally.
  • Design communication materials such as flyers, presentations, and promotional content using Canva.
  • Ensure all materials align with brand guidelines and messaging standards.
  • Monitor media coverage and prepare performance reports on communication activities.
  • Capture photos and videos during company events for digital and promotional use.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and communication best practices.
  • Provide administrative support to the Corporate Communications team as assigned.

Required Skills

  • Must be a serving NYSC Corps Member currently posted to Lagos State.
  • Must reside within Lekki, Ikate, Ajah, or environs for ease of commuting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, English, or related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong proofreading abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of social media management and digital marketing trends.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Basic graphic design skills using Canva or similar tools is an advantage.
  • Photography, videography, or basic video editing skills are an added advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Creative mindset with keen attention to detail and ability to work independently.
