Global Organics Limited, a reputable pharmaceutical manufacturing company, is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Costing Officer to manage product costing, monitor production expenses, and ensure accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate will play a key role in cost control, pricing decisions, and profitability analysis.

• Prepare and analyze product cost sheets (raw materials, packaging materials, labor, and overhead).
• Monitor and control manufacturing costs to ensure efficiency and profitability.
• Conduct variance analysis between standard and actual production costs.
• Work closely with Production, Procurement, and Warehouse teams to obtain accurate cost data.
• Review bills of materials (BOM) and ensure proper cost allocation.
• Prepare periodic cost reports for management decision-making.
• Assist in budget preparation and cost forecasting.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with internal financial policies.
• Support internal and external audit processes where required.

• B.Sc./HND in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 3–6 years' experience in cost accounting, preferably in a manufacturing company.
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles and inventory valuation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software/ERP systems.
• ICAN/ACCA qualification is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
