The Courseware Officer Intern will support the Courseware Department in the development, formatting, review, and preparation of professional learning and training materials.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing, formatting and updating courseware, training materials and presentations.
  • Create and edit professional PowerPoint presentations in line with company standards.
  • Format documents, training manuals, handouts and other learning materials.
  • Assist with research and compilation of information for courseware development.
  • Review courseware materials for spelling, grammar, formatting and consistency.
  • Assist in converting and organizing content into appropriate training formats.
  • Support the Courseware team with preparation of materials for training programmes.
  • Maintain proper organization and version control of courseware files.
  • Assist with basic data entry, documentation and administrative activities within the department.
  • Carry out other assignments relating to courseware development as may be required.

Required Skills

  • Smart, intelligent and willing to learn.
  • Good computer literacy and ability to work independently with a laptop/computer.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Good research and information-gathering skills.
  • Ability to understand instructions and translate them into quality deliverables.
  • Good sense of presentation, structure and visual organization.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proactive and resourceful approach to work.
  • Willingness to receive feedback and improve.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Must stay around or close to Fadeyi, Lagos.
  • Must have at least 10 months remaining before completion of the NYSC programme.
  • BSC/HND.
