• Design graphics and short-form video/reels using tools like Canva, CapCut, or similar.
• Monitor engagement metrics and adjust content strategy accordingly.
• Stay current on platform trends and best practices.
• Collaborate with the team on campaigns, promotions, and brand messaging.

• 1–2 years’ experience in content creation or social media management.
• Strong writing and visual storytelling skills.
• Proficiency with content/design tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe apps, or similar).
• Understanding of LinkedIn and Instagram algorithms/best practices.
• Ability to work hybrid (in-office + remote as needed).
