• Support content creation and social media management
• Research trends, conversations, and internet culture
• Assist with content planning and scheduling
• Support production activities and behind-the-scenes content
• Learn how strategy, content, and marketing work together
• Support both ENTO and client projects

• Genuine interest in social media, content, and digital culture
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
• Basic Canva and CapCut knowledge (or willingness to learn)
• Interest in AI tools and their application in content creation and marketing
• Attention to detail and ability to execute ideas effectively
• Currently serving or has recently completed NYSC (preferred)
