- Education: A degree, diploma, or certification in Film Production, Media Studies, Communications, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Prior experience in video editing, multimedia production, or digital storytelling. Experience producing content for social media, campaigns, or documentaries is an advantage. Experience working with non-profits, development organisations, or social impact projects is desirable.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.
- Strong storytelling and narrative editing skills, with an understanding of pacing, structure, and emotional resonance.
- Basic motion graphics and subtitle creation skills.
- Knowledge of social media video formats and digital content optimisation.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
