Ace Financials is recruiting a Credit Analyst who will conduct thorough analysis of financial statements and assessment of credit requests.

REPORTS TO: GROUP HEAD, RISK MANAGEMENT

● Conduct thorough analysis of financial statements and assessment of credit requests, including new requests, changed requests, refinancing and annual due diligence
● Provide recommendations tied to analysis and assessment of credit risk
● Present analysis, findings, and recommendations to managers, especially findings that involve a borrower’s ability to repay
● Keep up to date with the company’s lending protocols
● Reconcile credit files and identify discrepancies and variances
● Develop and prepare spreadsheets and models to support analysis of new and existing credit applications
● Draft models of credit information that predict trends and patterns
● Maintains complete confidentiality of all company information at all times
● Prepare timely, comprehensive and reliable credit risk reports to Supervisor on a monthly and quarterly basis

● 3 – 6 Years Experience
●  B.sc Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field. MBA or relevant MSc is an advantage
●  Professional Qualifications  - ACA, ACCA, ACIB, CFA e.t.c, is an advantage
●  Experience in Financial Services
● Conversant with Regulatory Standards
