KaraCredit is a fintech company focused on providing credit solutions. We are hiring a proactive, results-driven Credit & Customer Operations Officer to manage the full customer journey – from lead engagement and onboarding to credit coordination and conversion scheduling.

We are looking for a Credit & Customer Operations Officer to manage the full customer journey. The ideal candidate must be confident converting advert-generated leads into paying customers and managing clients as an account officer.

· Location: Anthony, Lagos
· Residency Requirement: Must live in Oworo, Gbagada, Somolu, or Ketu axis
· Job Type: Junior Role
· Experience: 2+ years in customer operations, fintech, credit onboarding, or sales

· Engage and follow up with inbound leads via WhatsApp, phone, and digital channels.
· Convert marketing leads into paying customers.
· Guide customers through onboarding and documentation completion.
· Manage clients as their account officer and maintain ongoing relationship.
· Coordinate approved clients with conversion centres.

· OND / HND / Bachelor's degree.
· 2+ years experience in customer operations, fintech, credit onboarding, or sales.
· Proven ability to close and convert leads.

· Objective: Drive high lead-to-payment conversion while ensuring smooth onboarding, strong client management, and operational efficiency.
