Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire potential SME clients through direct sales and channel partnerships.
  • Collect loan applications and supporting documentation.
  • Conduct preliminary evaluation of clients based on creditworthiness.
  • Coordinate with the credit team for approval and disbursement processes.
  • Maintain regular contacts with clients for servicing and cross-selling.
  • Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and internal policies.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master's degree or professional certifications are added advantages).
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a credit analyst in microfinance institutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to interpret and analyze credit bureau reports.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with credit analysis software and databases is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Applicant must reside around Mowe Ibaofu, Sango, Tolgato.
