We are recruiting passionate and articulate Customer Care Consultants with strong Hausa and English communication skills. If you are great at engaging people, resolving issues, and delivering excellent customer experience, this opportunity is for you.

· Job Location: Ilupeju, Lagos
· Salary: ₦180,000 Monthly
· Language Requirement (Non-Negotiable): Native or near-native Hausa speaking and listening proficiency, plus excellent English communication skills.

· Handle customer inquiries via calls and other channels.
· Communicate fluently in Hausa and English.
· Provide accurate information and resolve complaints promptly.
· Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism.
· Escalate complex issues where necessary.

· B.Sc (Minimum of Second Class Lower).
· NYSC must be completed.
· Maximum age: 27 years.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Important: This role is strictly for Hausa-speaking candidates. Only applicants with high proficiency in both Hausa and English will be considered.
