• Salary: Commission-based (10% to 45%) + Monthly performance allowance of up to ₦200,000 + HMO + Pension + 13th Month Bonus + Group Life Insurance

• Prospect and generate new business opportunities through referrals, networking, social media, and direct marketing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Provide professional financial advice based on clients’ needs and objectives.
• Promote and sell insurance and financial products (Life Insurance, Health Insurance, Education Savings Plans, Retirement Plans, Investment-Linked Insurance Products).
• Maintain a consistent sales pipeline and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure high client satisfaction.
• Participate in weekly training and professional development sessions.

• Minimum of OND, HND, or B.Sc. in any discipline.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Sales or customer service experience is an added advantage but not compulsory.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
• Ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships.
• Willingness to learn and grow in the financial services industry.
