The Customer Experience Associate will manage client enquiries via WhatsApp, email, social media and other channels, coordinate appointments and client follow-ups, and ensure a seamless client experience.

• Manage client enquiries via WhatsApp, email, social media and other channels.
• Handle product, service and order enquiries professionally and promptly.
• Coordinate appointments, consultations, collections and client follow-ups.
• Support e-commerce orders and after-sales communication.
• Maintain accurate client records.
• Liaise with the Atelier and Concierge teams to ensure client requests are properly executed.
• Resolve routine client concerns and ensure a seamless client experience.

• Must have at least 2 years' customer experience in premium retail, hospitality, beauty, fashion, e-commerce or a similar client-facing role.
• Warm, polished, discreet and professional.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong organisational and follow-up skills.
• Digitally competent and comfortable with technology.
• Highly proactive and detail-oriented.
